Please see the attached invoice for your winning bids on our online auction.

Please note the scheduled pickup time is scheduled for this week, the auction team will call you with a schedule pickup time between Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to meet Clovid-19 restrictions at 5020 County Road 177, Montgomery City, MO 63361 (Windsor Valley south of Williamsburg). Please bring help to load your items, our team has been instructed due to the difficult nature of this particular pickup to maintain social distance at all times.

If you show up outside of the scheduled pickup time you will need to await until a spot opens up. 

Payment will be taken at the time of pickup (NO CHECKS ACCEPTED), cash is the only form of payment being accepted....BRING CASH....no exceptions.

You MUST bring enough people and supplies to help move your items as we will not have movers on staff at pickup day, our staff is not allowed to load ANY items for Buyers.

Location of preview and pickup: 5020 County Road 177, Montgomery City, MO 63361 (Windsor Valley south of Williamsburg)

Directions: From Williamsburg exit at I-70 take the Southeast outer road to a Right on State Road YY. At the bottom of the hill in Windsor Valley (at the sharp turn) take a Right on County Road 177. Follow to the second house on the Right. Watch for Signs. 

This will be a cash only auction, no exceptions. – We will not have any way to run credit cards.

If you bid on an item you are entering into a legally binding agreement to pay. Any non-paying buyers will be banned from all future auctions and face legal action.

In regards to the Corona Virus, and Current CDC recommendation. To help prevent any unnecessary spread we will do our best to limit each building occupancy to a safe level at all times, pickup will be staggered so all winning bidders are not at the pickup site together. Please DO NOT come to pick up until the auction team has assigned you a time, the auction teams number is 573-310-3259, if you show up without an appointment you will be unfortunately be asked to wait outside until occupancy has reached a safe level.
