It has been brought to our attention the auction is taking longer to close, we've been advised by the auction software company not to speed up the auction because it could effect closed lots. We're aware of this issue and will work to correct it in the future. We encourage all bidders to use the maximum bidding feature, we apologize. 

This will be a cash only auction and credit card only. – You will not be able to load or leave until your credit card has processed the transaction, we encourage you to bring cash. AS IS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you bid on an item you are entering into a legally binding agreement to pay. Any non-paying buyers will be banned from all future auctions and face legal action.

In regards to the Corona Virus, and Current CDC recommendation. To help prevent any unnecessary spread we will do our best to limit each building occupancy to a safe level at all times.
